Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies to surpass company sales targets.
- Assist in Conducting comprehensive market analyses to identify business opportunities, including analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in recruiting, leading, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to ensure individual and collective success.
- Provide continuous training and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Aid in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Support the sales manager in conducting thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Foster collaboration with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback to enhance marketing strategies based on customer and market insights.
- Assist in generating regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Assist in driving data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies as necessary.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting land sales and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
