Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collect data on current economic trends to aid decision making by the county leadership.
- Make recommendations to the county leadership on necessary planning areas for consideration
- Prepare reports, tables, and charts that present research results and interpret and forecast market trends
- Write articles for publication in academic journals and other media sources on the development of the county.
- Analyze and interpret numerical and financial information that is used for decision making in the county.
- Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.

Requirements for appointment
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Statistics or its equivalence from a recognized University/Institution.
