About the programme
- We are excited to reopen applications for the Graduate Trainee Programme; a three- to six-month opportunity designed to kickstart your career with East African Smart Villages and Rural Mobility Limited, locally known as Kisii Smart Community and Songa Mobility.
- Selected trainees will receive hands-on experience and training across the following key areas within our rapidly growing e-mobility platform:
- Professional Drivers
- E-mobility Technicians and Mechanics
- Hub or Plant Operators
- Agri-Economy Capacity Builders
- Business Development Specialists
- IT and Data Analysts
- Finance and Accounting Professionals
- We encourage applications from graduates in the following fields but not limited to:
- Agriculture / Agri-economy
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering

Requirements & application process
- The internship program will run for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Must be a university graduate.
- Skills: Demonstrate competencies relevant to our various business functions and value chains.
- Availability: Commit to the full program duration of either 3 months or 6 months.
- Location: Be willing to work from any of our hubs located in Kisii, Narok,
- Nyamira, Bomet, or other designated areas.
