Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyses on patient specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Validate results and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to clinical teams.
- Manage laboratory inventory and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement and accreditation processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Registration KMLTTB.
- Experience clinical laboratory setting.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
