Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing public relations and communication strategies.
- Managing media relations, publicity and information dissemination.
- Preparing press releases, speeches, reports and communication briefs.
- Coordinating coverage of Assembly events, functions and activities.
- Managing the Assembly’s website and social media platforms.
- Handling public inquiries and facilitating community outreach programs.
- Managing photography, videography and newsletters.
- Any other duties assigned by the Communications Directorate.

Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in communication or Public relations.
- Proficiency in digital media, photography and graphic design is an added advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing and interpersonal skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional body is an advantage.
