Position Summary
Lead financial modelling, investment appraisal, and project finance analysis to evaluate the financial viability and bankability of the proposed development.
- Develop financial models and investment appraisals.
- Conduct NPV, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.
- Evaluate financing options and project risks.
- Prepare financial feasibility reports and investment recommendations.
- PhD in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
- CFA, CIFA, CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, and feasibility studies for real estate or infrastructure projects.
