The Skin Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering expert skincare consultations, and driving sales performance while building strong customer relationships that promote brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge across skincare and beauty product lines.
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable products based on individual concerns.
- Achieve and consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Ensure the store is well-presented at all times, including product displays and overall cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management and stock handling as directed by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in skincare, beauty, or retail sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
