Company Overview
Indigo Cleaning & Restoration Company, a professionally managed cleaning and restoration services company and part of an international business group, is looking to recruit experienced and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives for our Nairobi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 60-75 outbound calls per day to prospective corporate and residential clients.
- Promote the company’s cleaning, restoration, sanitization, and related services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing targets.
- Update CRM and reporting systems with call outcomes and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of telemarketing, telesales, or customer acquisition experience with reputable organizations.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are willing and capable of consistently achieving the required daily call targets are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Ability to confidently engage with corporate decision-makers and residential customers.
