Position: Truck Driver
Location: Nairobi.
Salary Range: 30K-40K.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate articulated or heavy trucks to deliver goods within Kenya .
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to transport laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and documentation.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo according to weight and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean driving record at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid BCE driving license with a clean record
- Minimum 2+ years of professional truck driving experience in Kenya.
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven record of discipline, honesty, and reliability .
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Nairobi and major Kenyan routes
