We are seeking a highly vibrant, proactive, and results-oriented Urban Sales Person based in Nairobi to aggressively grow our presence within the urban market and drive premium business to the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the urban corporate and travel market.
- Actively promote the hotel’s products, services, and luxury experiences to corporate clients and partners.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
- Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Represent the hotel at sales calls, networking events, and industry engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or a service-driven industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-focused with the ability to work independently.
- Energetic, outgoing, and vibrant personality with a passion for sales and client engagement.
