National Police Service (NPS) exhibition stand at the ongoing 2026 Nairobi International Trade Fair has attracted multiple prestigious awards.

It is positioned first place in the Best Stand that Promotes National Cohesion and Integration Development, and third place in both the Best Stand in Display and Presentation of Security Services (Government Organisation) and the Best Government Social Functions Stand.

“These accolades underscore the Service’s intentional shift towards transparent community policing and technological transformation, reinforcing its vital role in creating a safe environment conducive to trade, agriculture and national unity,” says NPS.

Beyond the displays, NPS has brought essential services directly to the public, notably the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Forensic Fingerprint Identification Bureau, which is stationed at the pavilion, offering instant processing and issuance of Police Clearance Certificates (Certificates of Good Conduct).

“Showgoers are encouraged to carry their identification documents to benefit from the rapid service,” it says.

NPS adds that security personnel at the NPS stand are fully available to answer questions, address public safety concerns and receive feedback or commendations.

“To ensure a welcoming atmosphere, the acclaimed Administration Police Service (APS) Jazz Band is performing live at the stand, entertaining guests and relieving the daily pressures of trade fair attendees,” says NPS.
