- Click on the “Student” tab to access the login page.

- If you already have an account, log in using your KCSE index number as the username and your KCSE year as the password.

- Once logged in, navigate to the “Programmes” section.
- Use the filters to search for programs by institution, course level (certificate, diploma, or degree), and cluster points.
- Take note of the course codes for your preferred programs.
- Under the “Application” section, enter the course codes of your preferred programs in order of priority.
- You can select up to four courses: two diploma and two certificate options (or as applicable).
- To submit your application, you must pay a processing fee:
- First-time applicants: KES 1,500.
- Revision of choices: KES 1,000.
- Payment can be made via M-Pesa:
- Go to the M-Pesa menu on your phone.
- Select “Pay Bill.”
- Enter KUCCPS Business Number.
- Use your KCSE index number as the account number.
- Enter the required amount and confirm the transaction.
- After payment, log back into the portal.
- Click on the “Submit Application” button to finalize the process.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your application is successful.
