Notably, these price changes in Kenya are for a limited period. MultiChoice is targeting the festive season, and the low prices are valid until December 31, 2025.

Nzola Miranda, Managing Director at MultiChoice Kenya, said, “This festive season, we are turning every moment into a celebration by making it easier for families to connect with the content they love.”

He added, “These offers are our way of saying thank you to our customers for their loyalty and trust, while inviting new customers to join our growing family.” The hardware offers are available at all MultiChoice Kenya service centers, authorized dealers, and retailers nationwide.

French media giant Canal+ now controls South African broadcaster MultiChoice, the parent company behind DStv, after completing what the company calls the largest transaction in Canal+’s history.

The takeover became unconditional on September 19, after all regulatory hurdles were cleared. Canal+ now directly controls 94.39% of MultiChoice shares.
