Murder on the roads: NTSA blames agencies for rising road deaths

“It wasn’t me.” Passing the buck as usual, the National Transport and Safety Authority, NTSA, has blamed other agencies for the rising number of road crashes in the country. The agency, mandated to ensure strict adherence to traffic rules, has attributed the nearly 4,000 road deaths recorded this year to factors including poor roads, unroadworthy vehicles and undisciplined drivers.
