Kisii village celebrates Kereri Girls principal Tabitha Mogochi

As Kenyans marked Mashujaa Day across the country, residents of Nyamgweta village in Kisii County celebrated a hero of their own — Dr Tabitha Mogochi, the Chief Principal of Kereri Girls High School. Dr Mogochi has been recognised for her commitment to education and efforts to transform the lives of hundreds of girls. Fresh from receiving the Order of the Grand Warrior award from President William Ruto, her journey reflects perseverance, teamwork and a passion for keeping the girl child in school.
