Kenya, Russia agree to end recruitment of Kenyans into Russian military

Kenya has secured an agreement with Russia to end the recruitment of its citizens into the Russian military. The deal was reached between President William Ruto and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, during talks at the Kremlin in Moscow on Thursday. The two leaders agreed to designate Kenya a non-source country for recruitment into the Russian armed forces.
