Description (show more)
For many young people, the dream of a better life begins with a white-collar job. But a growing generation is rewriting that script, trading office desks for poultry houses, boardrooms for sugarcane fields, and job applications for tree nurseries. They are turning to agriculture not as a fallback, but as a business.. creating income, building independence, and laying the foundations to employ others. Much of it started with their own resources, with government funding providing a timely boost along the way. Citizen TV’s Chrispine Otieno met some of these young agripreneurs in Kisii , who are cultivating a different vision of work and opportunity.
