Tharaka Agriculture Expo showcases new farming technologies

Young people in Tharaka-Nithi have been urged to embrace agriculture as a source of employment and business. The call was made during the inaugural Kilimo Kraft Innovations Africa Agricultural Expo at Kairuni Stadium, where farmers were introduced to new farming technologies, certified seeds and livestock production methods. Organisers say the expo will be held annually to connect farmers with experts and new agricultural opportunities.
