West Pokot Governor Simon Kachapin has condemned former Kacheliba MP Mark Lomunokol over alleged incitement remarks and profiling of communities, calling for reforms to strengthen oversight of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission. Kachapin further argued that leaders found culpable of incitement, violence or other election-related offences should face the law and, where legally justified, be barred from contesting for elective positions.
