McCarthy blames inexperience for Harambee Stars’ defeat to Guinea

Harambee Stars coach Benni McCarthy says inexperience cost his team a positive result in their second match of the Pamoja AFCON qualifiers against Guinea in Conakry. Kenya lost 1–0 to a solitary first-half goal, which McCarthy said would not have stood had VAR been in use. Guinea climbed to second place in Group D, while Kenya dropped to third after two rounds of matches.
