Activist Collins Otieno found alive along Thika Road

Human rights activist Collins Otieno is alive. He was found dumped along Thika Road in Nairobi, a day after fellow activist Mulinge Muteti was found in similar circumstances in Lukenya. Otieno is receiving treatment at a medical facility for fractured legs and burns on his feet. The circumstances surrounding how a man who went to report his colleague missing ended up beaten and abandoned along a highway remain unclear.
