Ruto dismisses claims of planned ban on livestreaming election results

President William Ruto has dismissed claims that the government plans to ban the livestreaming of election results, accusing opposition leaders of spreading propaganda. The President warned the opposition against mobilising young people using what he termed misinformation, even as he defended the sale of Kenya Pipeline Company shares held by state institutions to Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote.
