Ngelecha residents prepare to return home after nearly three decades of insecurity

Residents of Ngelecha, a remote village in Baringo South Constituency, are preparing to return home nearly three decades after fleeing insecurity. They left behind their homes, farms and schools, abandoning an entire community to the fear of bandit attacks. Now, as security returns, so does hope, with efforts underway to rebuild schools that were once abandoned and even occupied by bandits.
