Teachers urged to embrace collaborative lesson planning to address learning gaps

Teachers have been challenged to embrace collaborative lesson planning in a bid to identify learning gaps and nurture learners' abilities under the Competency-Based Education curriculum. The clarion call was made at the Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa, CEMASTEA, as the institution unveiled a 3-day training of at least 301 Lesson Study Champions to strengthen classroom teaching and improve learning outcomes.
