45 suspects arrested in illicit brew crackdown in Mau Narok

45 suspects, including one notorious drug dealer, have been arrested in a police crackdown on illicit alcohol and drugs in Mau Narok, in Nakuru County. In the multi-agency operation, several items were recovered, including gambling devices, suspected second-generation alcohol and bhang valued at 600,000 shillings. Njoro Sub County OCPD, Stanley Koech, said the suspects will be arraigned in court on Monday. One will be charged for being in possession of the abusive substance, while the rest will be charged for operating bars without the required legal documents.
