SHA unveils Hakika digital platform

The Social Health Authority SHA has unveiled the Hakika digital platform, which will be used to manage the contracting of healthcare providers from October 1, 2026. The Authority says the platform will provide real-time information on facility services, tariffs, banking details and disputes, in a bid to address some of the challenges experienced under the current system.
