100 women audition for Sing for Africa in Nairobi

A hundred Kenyan women have auditioned for the second season of Sing for Africa, a talent competition offering the winner one million shillings, a trip to China and a fully sponsored recording deal. The auditions, held at the Nairobi SGR Terminus, are part of the 2026 China-Africa People-to-People Exchange Initiative, with organisers saying the programme is designed to discover, nurture and promote young African talent.
