This Man Built One of the Most Beautiful Homes in The Village, Nandi Hills After Years of Struggle
Description (show more)
There was a time when Kipsang Meli and his family had very little. Like many people searching for a better future, he left Kenya for the United States in pursuit of greener pastures, carrying with him the hope that one day, life would be different. Years later, that journey has come full circle. In this episode, Kipsang welcomes us into the beautiful home he has built in Nandi Hills, not just to show us the house, but to share the story behind it. He reflects on his childhood, the sacrifices it took to build a life abroad, and why coming back home was always part of the dream. For Kipsang, building in the village was never just about having a retirement home. It was about investing where he comes from and reminding others that some of our greatest resources, especially land, should never be taken for granted. This conversation is a reminder that no matter how far life takes us, home will always have a place in our hearts. I hope Kipsang’s journey encourages you to keep believing in your dreams, to invest wisely, and to never forget your roots as we continue reclaiming our identity through the soil.
