Kipchoge Keino Stadium construction 68% complete ahead of Mashujaa Day

Preparations for this year’s Mashujaa Day celebrations have entered the final phase, with the Interior PS Raymond Omollo confirming 68 per cent completion of construction work at Kipchoge Keino Stadium in Eldoret, which will host the October 20 Mashujaa Day celebrations. This comes as Treasury Principal Secretary Chris Kiptoo said this year’s fete will provide an opportunity for the country to take stock of its development journey and chart the way forward beyond 2030.
