Kenyans mark a year since the death of Raila Odinga

Senior government officials and thousands of Kenyans on Friday evening led candle-lighting ceremonies in several counties to mark the first anniversary of the death of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. ODM supporters, dressed in party colours, thronged major streets in Kisii, Narok, Kakamega, Migori and other counties to honour Odinga and his contribution to Kenya’s democracy.
