After Failing to Get a Job,This 32 yr old Man Turned to Dairy Farming &Now Makes 170K Profit a Month

For many young people, the plan is simple, go to school, get the qualifications, find a good job and hopefully build a good life from there. But what happens when the job never comes? That was Paul’s reality. At 32, he has managed to build a successful dairy farming business in his village, starting with just one cow from his grandmother and slowly growing what he had into the farm we are visiting today. What I found interesting about Paul’s journey is not just the money he is making from dairy farming, but the mindset behind it. He believes young people don’t always have to leave the village or abandon the land in search of opportunities elsewhere. Sometimes we need to look at the resources already available to us and figure out how to make them work. In this episode, we talk about the realities of dairy farming, the numbers, the lessons, the mistakes and what it has taken for him to build a life from the land.
