Advice Mundalo: IEBC has never done live streaming

"IEBC has never done live streaming. Live streaming is about you being able to ensure that the people are getting the information about the election as the election progresses. That essentially means that when people walk to the polling station, we are seeing it as it happens. When people vote, we are seeing it as it happens all the way to the time of result. The only people who have been able to do that have been the media. There is a big difference between live streaming and results transmission." - Advice Mundalo, Leadership and Communication Expert #TV47Breakfast #StateOfTheNation Thank you for watching this video.
