IPOA investigates death of Kenyan-American at Kitengela police station

JEFF: The Independent Policing Oversight Authority, IPOA, is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at Kitengela Police Station. OLIVE: Eric Otieno, a Kenyan-American citizen, is alleged to have died inside the station's cells after he was arrested alongside two friends while leaving a nightclub on September 18th. His family alleges that police officers neglected him despite his underlying health conditions. Odee Francis reports.
