Mackenzie’s son recounts alleged abuse under father’s teachings

The son of controversial preacher Paul Mackenzie has recounted the alleged abuse he and his siblings endured under their father’s radical religious teachings. Dan Mackenzie says they were forced to fast without food or water and beaten by followers of the Good News International Church for refusing to attend religious services. Speaking after Monday’s High Court verdict, Dan welcomed the decision, saying it had brought relief and a sense of justice to him and other victims. Ben Kirui reports.
