At least 3,000 women die of breast cancer annually in Kenya, over 6,000 diagnosed

At least 3,000 women die of breast cancer in Kenya every year. According to the National Cancer Registry, this is half of those who are diagnosed with breast cancer annually. Women have therefore been urged to do early breast cancer screening to enhance early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
