Kaguchia rejects NCIC ruling, says he will apologise after case is determined

Mukurwe-ini Member of Parliament John Kaguchia now says he will only apologise or retract his alleged divisive remarks after the case against him is conclusively heard and determined. The legislator pushed back against the ruling of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission, as he received backing from leaders allied to the DCP party. The leaders have accused the NCIC of bias, saying the commission lacks the mandate to handle the matter. Kamau Mwangi reports.
