KenGen targets fresh investment in Africa’s renewable energy sector

The Kenya Electricity Generating Company, KenGen, is seeking to attract fresh investment into Africa’s renewable energy sector as it prepares to host an international energy conference in Olkaria, Naivasha, next month. The four-day conference, scheduled to begin on November 24th, is expected to bring together more than 1,500 delegates from over 80 countries, including investors, financiers and power producers.
