NCBA launches digital platform to support SMEs

Kenyan small and medium-sized enterprises could soon find it easier to manage payments, track inventory and access credit, following the launch of a new digital business solution by NCBA’s Loop DFS. Dubbed Loop Biz Plus, the integrated platform brings key business functions under one system, allowing traders to receive multiple forms of payment through a single point-of-sale solution. It also provides real-time insights into business performance, with the aim of helping entrepreneurs streamline operations, improve efficiency and grow their businesses.
