Kalonzo calls for arrest of alleged planners and financiers of memorial violence

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is calling on Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to widen investigations and arrest the alleged planners and financiers behind the violence that disrupted Raila Odinga’s first anniversary memorial last Thursday. Speaking at the SKM Command Centre, Kalonzo accused the state of using what he termed “predatory violence” to prevent opposition leaders from touring and interacting with citizens in regions perceived to support the broad-based government.
