Maliba: Police failed Linda Mwananchi amid violence in Homa Bay; who will protect Kenyans?

"Our police generally are not very well equipped. We do not need to get into an election to actually raise this Sh59billion budget. We should have taken care of these assets and preparedness much earlier. But this budget does not mean so much so long as there is distrust. The police failed Linda Mwananchi when they went to Homa Bay. If you trust the police to protect you and they do not, the next day you don’t leave your hands at home. That is the truth." - Maliba Arnold, Public Policy Analyst #TV47Breakfast #StateOfTheNation Thank you for watching this video.
