KCB crowned Impala Floodlit champions after 47-7 rout of Harlequin

KCB Rugby Club have been crowned 2026 Impala Floodlit champions after a commanding 47-7 victory over Kenya Harlequin in the final at Impala Club on Saturday. The Bankers made an immediate statement, with tries from Branton Lusisa, Sheldon Kahi and Wahinya giving them a 14-0 lead. Kenya Harlequin responded with a try and conversion to cut the deficit to 14-7. Randy Wamah then crossed the line to extend KCB’s lead, with Wahinya adding the conversion to give the Bankers a 28-7 advantage at the break. KCB maintained their momentum after the restart, adding three more tries to seal an emphatic 47-7 win and lift the Impala Floodlit title.
