Job Summary:
Provide expert consultancy and training services in maritime safety, port security, and ISPS Code compliance to public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultancy, advisory, and training services on ISPS Code compliance and port security management.
- Support development and review of maritime safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate corporate and government training programs (onsite and virtual).
- Conduct training needs assessments and customize solutions for client organizations.
- Prepare technical reports, training materials, and case studies.
- Advise clients on international maritime regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Security Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in port security, maritime safety, ISPS implementation, or related consultancy.
- Proven experience in consultancy, professional training, or applied advisory services.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Internationally recognized professional certifications in maritime safety or security will be an added advantage.
