Qualification, Skills & Competencies Required
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of industry experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Training or teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency: Proficient in:
- Data analysis tools: Excel, Google Sheets.
- Statistical software: R, SPSS, STATA (an added advantage).
- Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau.
- Programming languages: Python or SQL.
- Practical Skills: Experience in building datasets, cleaning data, modeling, visualization and preparing executive reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Passionate, patient, and dedicated to student growth and education.
