- The Gender and Social Inclusion Consultant will provide technical leadership in integrating gender equality, feminist principles, and rights-based approaches across programme interventions.
- The consultant will support the development of gender- responsive strategies, strengthen the capacity of women-led organizations and civil society actors, and promote sustainable partnerships that address gender-based violence and harmful practices.
- The role also includes supporting policy dialogue, knowledge generation, and integrating gender perspectives within programme monitoring, learning, and regional collaboration processes.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Sociology, Human Rights, Public Policy, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion, or GBV prevention programming.
- Experience working with women-led organizations, civil society movements, and development partners.
- Strong understanding of regional gender equality frameworks and advocacy mechanisms.
