Key Responsibilities    

  • Teaching and research(four courses per semester)
  • supervision of research projects
  • Mentoring of students and academic advising
  • Setting and masking assignments, tests and examinations
  • Assisting in smooth running of the department
  • Providing leadership to other departmental members
  • Any other duty assigned to you by the dean of school or university authority

Qualifications and skills    

  • PhD in Clinical Medicine or related discipline
  • Masters in Clinical Medicine or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience at university as a tutorial fellow
  • Registered with the national medical or clinical regulatory body
  • Evidence of research and publications in peer-reviewed journals, (24 publication points, of which at least 16 from refereed journals)
