Brief Overview:
The Nurses will support patient care delivery by providing safe, compassionate, and professional nursing services in line with hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across assigned units.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Support doctors during clinical procedures and patient management.
- Uphold infection prevention and control standards at all times.
- Any other duties assigned by the nursing management team.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
