What You Will Do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, reporting any changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Provide direct nursing care including wound care, infection prevention, and patient hygiene support.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication use, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control guidelines and ensure a safe clinical environment.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical officers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Kenya Registered Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) registration and current practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a reputable medical facility
- Strong clinical and patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
