Location: Tala Road, Runda, Nairobi

Position Overview
We are seeking to engage qualified consultants to facilitate a capacity-building program to strengthen regulatory competencies in the electricity sector. Consultants may apply for one or more of the following thematic focus area
Scope:
Facilitate training on the interpretation of electricity regulations, application of regulatory precedents, and strengthening regulatory governance and decision- making processes.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law, Energy Law, Public Policy, or related field
(preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplineMinimum 7–10 years’ experience in the electricity sector regulation
- Experience in regulatory governance or quasi-judicial processes
- Demonstrated training and facilitation experience
