The authority said the schedule showing the dates for visits to the affected facilities is available on its official website, www.sha.go.ke.

The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced the resumption of surveillance and verification of pending claims worth Sh10 million and above from the defunct National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) starting October 26, 2026.

In a statement on Sunday, SHA asked Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 healthcare facilities affected by the exercise to prepare the necessary documents and check their scheduled visitation dates.

“Take note of their respective visitation dates as indicated in the schedule,” SHA Chief Executive Officer Dr Mercy Mwangangi said.
