President William Ruto has wooed Wiper Patriotic Front Leader Kalonzo and his Ukambani supporters to back his reelection bid with promises that their best interests are catered for in the Kenya Kwanza administration.

Ruto, at the beginning of his four-day tour of Ukambani, promised more development in the region as he challenged the region to abandon opposition politics and back him to benefit from immense development initiatives.
